Creator Terms

You may sell digital products you have the right to sell. Common examples: exam packs, CV templates, business kits, design assets, ebooks, courses, audio packs, code/templates, and similar.

Prohibited content includes:

• Copyrighted material you do not own or have a licence to resell
• Pirated software, cracks, key generators, or stolen credentials
• Adult, hateful, or violent content; content depicting minors
• Personal data of third parties (databases of leaked emails, etc.)
• Fraud-enabling content: fake IDs, counterfeit templates, exam answer keys for current exams
• Anything illegal in the Republic of Ghana

We may remove a listing at our discretion if we believe it breaches these standards. For copyright concerns, see the DMCA process below.

We take a percentage of each sale to operate the platform. The rate depends on your plan:

• Free (10% per sale) — GH₵ 0/month
• Pro (7% per sale) — GH₵ 120/month
• Growth (5% per sale) — GH₵ 349/month

Payment-processor fees (Paystack) are absorbed by us out of our platform fee; you receive your share net of our fee, not of any other deduction. Refunds reverse your earnings for that order.

• Earnings clear 7 days after the sale. This covers the standard refund window. During clearance the funds show as “Clearing” on your earnings page and are not withdrawable.
• Minimum payout is GHS 50. Below that you can keep accumulating; above it you can request a payout from your dashboard.
• Payouts are made via Mobile Money or bank transfer to a Ghanaian account in your name. We process payout requests within 2 business days.
• If you delete your account, pending payout requests are cancelled and the locked-up amount is forfeited. Cleared balance is not forfeited — you must withdraw first.

By uploading a product you confirm that you own the intellectual property in it, or have a sublicensable licence to sell it. You also confirm that the product does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, or other IP rights.

You grant Egrimo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and deliver your product to buyers. Buyers receive a personal licence to use the product per the terms you specify in the listing — they do not acquire your IP.

We take IP seriously. The first time a substantiated DMCA-style notice or duplicate-upload detection flags a product, we remove the listing and warn you.

“Substantiated” means: a takedown notice with the required statements, OR our file-hash detection matched an existing product on the platform, OR our admin team independently verifies the claim.

We can remove a listing at our discretion if it appears to:

• breach these terms or the general Terms of Service,
• infringe a third party’s rights,
• create legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for the platform,
• be the subject of an active DMCA-style takedown notice, pending our investigation.

Where the issue is fixable, we’ll let you know what to fix. Where it is not, the removal is final.

If your account is suspended you will receive an email explaining the reason. You can appeal by emailing ip@egrimo.com with any evidence relevant to your case. Pending the appeal your account stays suspended and your listings remain hidden.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute that we cannot resolve amicably will be heard in the courts of Accra.

We may update these creator terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and announced on the dashboard with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the platform after that notice period constitutes acceptance.
